Every year the Jacksonville Zoo holds a Cub Scout day called Zoofari. Cub Scouts arrive from all over South-East Georgia thru St Augestine for this day. The boys not only learn about animals, but there are loads of booths with different activities, special shows with Safari Sam (local children's t.v. host), a Moonwalk, and a Space Maze. They also hold a trial Pinewood Derby race so the boys can see how their cars hold up against their friends before the big Pack races.
